Clearly she *teleported* using the teleporter since she has a light-bee¹ which gets physically damaged in a later episode and so is a physical object. She's not being projected by the campus holographic projectors.

Just like the Dr. Mark's (oh hi Mark!) mobile emitter is an outside light bee that can be damaged, teleported etc.
