#Starcruiser mktg was so fixated on Disney's own customer DB, they never connected with:
1. Nerds w/ disposable income
2. Previous 'cruiser' repeat biz
3. Halo networking ("friends of previous cruisers")
I've been in sales/mktg for 28yrs & these are basics but given how poor the early mktg was for Starcruiser, it's not surprising they hosed demand gen. (3/3)
We’re planning on going on the Galactic #Starcruiser this year. Now I’m paralysed by indecision on what costume(s) to wear while we’re there.
Not helped by being shaped like the fat controller, which restricts options for cosplays that’ll look decent on me >_>
