Last night I saw Bang the Drum Slowly (1973). My 8th De Niro film in which he plays a terminally ill baseball player. Its sentimental but he plays it understated and I can't deny it hits the dramatic beats well

"As Good as it Gets", "Besser geht's nicht" - richtig geile Film. Ich mag ja Helen nicht wirklich, und Tom Ellis ist mir lieber anzuschauen als das teuflische Grinsen von Jack Nicholson - aber die Film hat es wirklich in sich: "Ich hätte mit dir tanzen sollen."
