The version I remember was #StarWarsArcade . It was for the 32X and just seemed so smooth and, well, 3D. I had the #SNES at the time and it just couldn't push polygons.
I just found a video of #RebelAssault. I remember playing that one! At the time, the videos and benefits of extra storage were so impressive.
Although when I was a kid, I was impressed by the realism of #PolePosition for the Atari. :)
