The good news is that washing and drying my annual new shirt on hot shrunk it enough to fit perfectly.

The bad news is I also washed a tin of lip balm, and my once-a-year splurge is covered in vanilla scented lip-balm splotches.

Do I:

a) attempt to remove the baked in splotches with degreaser?

or do I

b) completely cover the shirt in lip balm to render it homogenously splotch-colored?
