Today's workout had a definite theme
I wanted to do some functional work today rather than max lift, agonist or exhaustion workout. That's because I've got to be #SpartanRace ready and need to ensure I can lift and shift, but conserve energy for later obstacles.
The sandbag carry is 27kg/60lb, the bucket carry is 36kg/80lb. The atlas ball is 45kg/100lb (all weights are approximate) so I'm feeling a little more confident with the first two at least. I've managed the first two before, but failed at the ball because I couldn't get a good grip.
