@Lazarou Either way that whole "#FreedomFlotillia" shitshow is just absurd.

TLDR: Someone decided to do "#SomeRandomShit!" and I #rant about that:

• None of these attempts ever succeeded for very obvious reasons.

• The amount of aid they had was negligible.

• None of them thought beyond entering the restricted waters.

• If they wanted to just get arrested for trespassing a military area, the could've just flown to Israel and trespassed on any army or navy installation. Would've gotten them the same effect for much cheaper.

• If they wanted to launch aid, they could've just mortar'd it across the border from Egypt: Would've more likely gotten something over there rather than none.

I don't deny the situation in #Gaza - far from it, but if anyone things they can just sail in there and not expect to get boarded, then they are criminally stupid.

• That's even less likely to succeed than trying to free GITMO inmates, cuz there is at least a right-of-passage waterway going through Guantanamo Bay...

They would've succeeded with a #Narcosub, but that would've failed the "#optics" and those are "Doing some Random Shit to pretend being noble!"

• Seriously, this is as stupid as paintballing cop cars and then complaining why one gets arrested.

Doesn't mean I think the sea blockade is absurd and inhumane, but given the fact #Hamas rules Gaza like a #NarcoState and literally ripped apart plastic drinking water pipes just to build rockets, it's obvious they are crafty.

• Most people, even in #Israel, are aware that #Netanyahu let #O7 happen to break the #IDF #Reservists #Strike against him. Neither #Mossad nor #ShinBet are that incompetent to not notice the amount of planning and logistics it took. But then again there's a very few links one needs to go from the #murderer of #Rabin to the #Kahanist faction that prop-up Netanyahu's coalition.

Obviously there's no incentive nor penalty existing to force a peaceful ending. And #Hamas are obviously making good profit rentseeking the population. That's why the leadership is propably chilling in a heated wirlpool in an air-conditioned apartment in Doha. The only reason those are breathing is because Netanyahu wants and needs them as "#ControlledOpposition"...

• We all know Hamas et. al. don't give a shit about the #Palestinians or #Palestine: They are #SuicideCult after all!

At least AFAICT this time the "FreedomFlotilla" aka. one dingy boat [ #Madleen ] with some weirdos on board had the wisdom to obey the orders when it was obvious the #ISC was about to board them to put on life jackets and sit on deck with their hands up.

• A previous "flotilla" from #Turkey resulted in at least one dead cuz someone had the stupid idea to resist and faced some marine in full tactical drip that pulled the trigger.
