Or rather, the one where I give information, (male) colleague does not look at it, so goes ask another (male) colleague. Who gives him the same information. And then colleague 1 tells colleague 2 that it is OK, but leaves me fucking hanging with no answer.

Yeah I've struggled with this in the past. I think what it comes down to is making a statement. Black Lives Matter is famously overturned by so many bigots for the same reason. We have to make big statements if we want to insight change, nobody is going to care about #somemen on twitter.

We have to make sure that the marginalized get to say how they feel as big and as loud as they want to say it. We can shoulder the problems it might make.
