The Secret Filming Location of the New Megadeth Video Found

Welcome to the newest episode of Metal Geo-Detective – the place where we search for the impossible. This time we had the new Megadeth video I Don’t Care, which gave me quite a headache, but in the end I still managed to locate it. Even though it’s called I Don’t Care, I definitely cared enough to find not one but two skate parks that also make up the central part of this video.

As I said, it wasn’t easy at all in the beginning, and that was my own fault because I went down a path you should never take. After several failed reverse image searches, I turned to ChatGPT for a bit of help and clarification, and it, in its sneaky way, led me down the wrong path, making me believe the skate parks were somewhere in Eastern Europe. Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, or maybe even Berlin.

I lost a whole day searching and comparing every possible skate park until I decided to take a closer look at the video itself and try to find some different clues. And of course, I managed to do it. Never rely on AI! Do it only on your own mind and thinking.

So, what was that decisive thing, that crucial little detail, the piece of evidence that would lead me the right way, you might be thinking? Nothing more and nothing less than a BEER CAN! Yes, a fine cold beer can. Long live beer. Long live all its sparkly foam and bitter taste!

Then after that, it was relatively easy to find where these skate parks are located and where the video itself was filmed. Now, ff you want to know everything in detail, watch the video on our YouTube channel and follow us. There will be more undertakings like this. And you can also leave me a similar geo-challenge, if you want!

The new skatepark next to Newcastle Beach. Great seeing it get some use every time i go past.

It was under construction for ages (think the first company had major cost overruns - maybe even went bust - so another construction firm ended up finishing it way later than planned).

Will be interesting to see how it lasts in the long term, especially through major storms and big tides. #beach #ocean #skateparks #NewcastleBeach #NewcastleNSW
