Friends,
as some of you know the world now stands potentially at the brink of a nuclear war.

Thankfully I can still enter a Jhana state. I feel my bitterness and fear less acutely now after only 25 minutes of meditation.

Should the worst happen I will enter the deepest meditation I can manage and remain there til my last breath.
