I really dislike using 'TACO' here. It's a poor show that this has caught on as the name for this. Not bombing a nuclear power plant should not be regarded as 'chickening out'.

It is not cowardice. It is refraining from performing an evil act, one that should not have been decided to do in the first place.

You might treat that last as hyperbole, until you read about the incident last week. It's not any kind of exaggeration.

#DonaldJTrump did fact check with the actual U.S.A. military, but his *first* source of information, leading him to believe that the USS Abraham Lincoln was on fire, was a social media video.

I'm treating the future after the highly illegal (under the jus in bello) bombing of a nuclear power plant as too chaotic to be predictable.

The world was very different after Three Mile Island and Chernobyl, and those two were *accidents*.

We are facing Hiroshima+Nagasaki levels of change to the world.
