Ello sweet and lovely Friendos

Well, here I am again! I had a shitty sleep... I woke up so many times, unable to get back to sleep again for long times. When I finally got up, my watch told me that I got a little less than 6 hours of sleep. But it wasn't too positive about it as well...
The scale was a bit kinder to me this time. I managed to ride the bike for an hour, row 150 strokes at level 3, and walk half an hour with an average of 4,9km/h. And I did a few small exercises with a dumbbell. So... Not too bad, I'd think?
I just had brekky, and I'll try to write my journal Toot in a bit. I will grab my laptop after that, and see if I can work a bit on my blog. I have a post for today, but none for the upcoming days.
As expected, it started to snow again. We finally got rid of some, so now it's coming back again. I can't wait for it to finally sod off. I'll need to drive Skoosh Tuesday and Wednesday, so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that the roads will finally be a bit better by then...
I am a bit tired, which also could be expected, after such a bad night. 😔 So I'll try to take it easy today. But then, I tried to take it easy the other days as well, as I'm rather struggling with the loss of my usual routine.
Hope you're all doing well. Thanks so much for your kindness and support. It helps me a great deal to keep going, especially on harder days...
