#Latenight hosts serve an almost invaluable purpose, and will become more valuable than ever in the next 4 years, because much of the news that has happened in the past 24 hours, and that will happen during the course of this next presidential term, will be hard to absorb without being filtered thru the lens of #comedy. Kudos to folks like #SethMyers and #JohnStewart who have the gift to ingest some truly terrible things and make them palatable for the rest of us.
