More good stuff:
Discussion of "maybe we're the bad guys" - pretty solid critique of US intervention. Encouragement of introspection. #SciFi at its best. Love it every time.

When Kirk decides not to kill the #Gorn and the Metron says there's hope for your kind yet - that feels like a #TwilightZone message from #Serling - don't be destructive or careless with a life, maybe there's hope for us yet.

i hope this episode is well loved. Wow. It has all the things. #Serling-esque this one feels, especially near the end.

Wonderfully bad/good fight scene with the Gorn. Slow fight, unnecessary forward roll, the interlocking finger strike, a sort of crashing cymbal move. ❤

McCoy indignant that #Spock is merely waiting when #Kirk is stranded. I love how he always thinks Spock's logic is in conflict with the sense of duty or loyalty.
