Seeing a rise in scam accounts on Goodreads and other bookish platforms — new profiles with no reviews, no shared books, and flirty DMs targeting women.
One even used a photo of Paul Hollywood. (My friend told him not to bother unless he brought baked goods. He didn’t.)
I wrote a PSA about spotting these scammers, with red flags, a laugh, and a few hard truths.
