Invece sono MOLTO felice per questa cosa, che rimane ASSURDA, ma almeno farà capire concretamente meglio a tutti (pure di destra) l'assurdità di queste posizioni #sovraniste in un mondo ormai così interconnesso

Un giovane italiano con intraprendenza, voglia di lavorare e curiosità per il mondo fino a qualche anno fa poteva dire “Me ne vado a Londra”. E’ una città fantastica per i giovani: ha inventato praticamente tutta la musica, le mode, lo stile. E offriva anche tante occasioni di lavoro, magari provvisorie ma formative… in un bar o in un ospedale, per mantenersi gli studi o cominciare una carriera dopo la laurea. Ospita circa 7000mila nostri connazionali: le cose sono peggiorate con la Brexit e continua a peggiorare. Il governo ha deciso di vietare il visto di lavoro a chiunque non guadagni almeno 38mila 700 sterline l’anno: rispetto alle 26mila di prima, si tratta di 45mila euro l’anno. Una cifra che nessun giovane alle prime armi può realisticamente guadagnare. Così Londra rinuncia ad una sua grande ricchezza, il fatto di essere una città offshore e cosmopolita. Ma anche l’Italia perde tante occasioni per i suoi giovani che invece sono concesse – attraverso dei visti temporanei di lavoro – ai giovani under 30 giapponesi o anche abitanti di San Marino, purché fuori dall’Unione Europea. Forse Giorgia Meloni che è molto amica di Sunak e ne condivide le politiche anti-migratorie, dovrebbe dire due parole al premier inglese in difesa dei giovani italiani.
