Shouldn't the #ScottishGreens be fighting this on multiple fronts? I mean I just googled IVG (tbh I was late registering to vote this year and so didn't actually see the ballot!) and it really does look as though it's masquerading as some kind of offshoot of the Green Party. So I would think this would be a matter for the courts as well - but what would a court challenge look like? Does the Green Party have it's logo and name trademarked and copyrighted? If not, should it? Hmmm...

Or could a challenge be made on another and more apt legal basis?

Getting a real eye view of what Brits actually want from Immigrants, and that's to work hard, shut up and do what we tell you. If we didn't want Commonwealth Citizens coming over here and engaging in our Society then perhaps we should have gone over to there's and fucked them over for 200 years.
