Da bediene ich mich der #savethecat Methode: Ein Charakter darf fies und arrogant sein, aber wenn man ihm einen Moment gibt, in dem er Mitgefühl zeigt, signalisiert das dem Leser, dass er doch ein Herz hat.
Lass ihn in einem unbeobachteten Moment eine kleine Katze/Kind/Lamm/whatever retten und es ist klar: So böse kann er nicht sein.

Nochmal zum Thema #Plotten - ich baue mir zu jedem Projekt eine Exceltabelle, meist während oder nach dem ersten Entwurf, wo ich meine #Dramaturgie nach dem #savethecat System abgleiche. Außerdem prüfe ich, ob Wortanteile meiner POVs gleichmäßig gewichtet sind. Meist kommt es schon hin, aber mir hilft es, den Überblick zu behalten.
