This is a virtual reconstruction of the Long Family Cemetery located in along the Yearling Trail. Members of the Long family - particularly Calvin and Mary’s home - inspired Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings The Yearling. Documentation of this site is part of a larger archaeology project directed by Edward Gonzalez-Tennant. This model was created with a variety of digital and field methods. The site was mapped and documented as part of an archaeological field school in 2022. In addition to mapping and recording information, images were collected to create accurate 3D models of each grave marker using photogrammetry. The ground surface is based on a combination of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) mapping and 2018 LiDAR data. Mapping and LiDAR processing was completed with CloudCompare and QGIS. The virtual cemetery was constructed in Blender, where the fencing was created by hand. - Virtual Long Family Cemetery - 3D model by Ed Gonzalez-Tennant (@edgonzaleztennant)

I picked up my #SHA2023 poster yesterday and am so happy to see my measurements worked out perfectly so that my poster features life-sized images of Brother XII's monthly magazine, The Chalice! The poster features several excerpts from The Chalice to both illustrate Brother XII's conspirituality and add understanding to various features of the Aquarian Foundation's landscapes
