My lower back was giving me warning twinges this morning, so the Mackenzie Method is back three times a day until it stops. Still managed to get through my #SCYforrunners and an easy 6 miles on treacherous pavements which had received the very lightest dusting of snow (just enough to create thousands of tiny ice ball bearings).
