I think it’s safe to say the death of Ginsberg is when #SCOTUS became so toxic to work at. Before that, she was the one that basically kept all the justices with conservative ideology in some check, considering she was senior member of the court.

Since her death, it’s been open season for the conservative member of the justices since there’s no one to keep them in check, meaning it’s free for all to decide cases that fits them.
