Gladwyn d’SouzaThe Sierra Club lawsuit is asking that Caltrans properly analyze project impacts as specified in SB 743 in its environmental analysis and to fully #mitigate for those #impacts (i.e GHG emissions) as required under #SB32- using the newer dynamic UCD Induced Traffic calculator and mitigating these additional #VMTs through subsidies to public transit agencies and traffic management strategies instead of the wildly optimistic and woefully underfunded assumptions.
