Make things #safe by making it something people love and care about.

Education. Care. Science. Culture. City life. Streets. Parks. Strangers. The web. Food. Public spaces. Commons. Talking. Imagination. Openness. Trust.

Make it #unsafe by treating it like a threat and posing restrictions, control and overwatch.

Cameras. Rules. Fences. Guards. Penalties. Locks. Gateways. Eyes. Codes. Boundaries. Ownership. Suspicion. Closed.

Its like the two wolves. We need to feed the one that loves.

If there would be the choice of somehow magically changing just three things at some people behaviors that are involved in digital transformations...
I would choose:

- Real ownership
- Real trust culture
- Culture of error

Program increment planning:
At the digital transformation I am involved, the RTE together with some of the agile coaches often wants that the teams in breakout sessions also answer some questions in a way that 5 year old people can also understand things for a later short presentation.

Some of the teams really do that. The outcome is often absolutely senseless and can be misleading the ART.

Agile coaches should not try to oversimplify just for doing a good show.

#Mentimeter and #Kahoo are good tools. But they are #SaaS. Data flows to their platform if people answer questions there and they will get in general the metadata and geolocation information of the users. No good idea to use them for highly regulated critical transformations.
I would prefer a self hosted solution if I would be the responsible #CISO.

There is the concept of #OWASP Security Champions.

Two years ago I helped a team in a large #SAFe transition very practically to establish that. I was the Champion and I had a vice Champion. He was a good frontend developer but as he said himself had no clue about security.
After two months I left the project. He felt confident as new team Security Champion in his role at that time.

I wonder if this is applied also in other transformations.
