I've said the same thing about his suing #Obama over "the #RussiaHoax".
His threat to prosecute Obama for #treason would only give Obama's lawyers/team the opportunity to put forward all the evidence proving the T**** Campaign was actually in contact with Russian authorities and how #Russia actively worked to help get T**** elected.

Yeah, good point. Maybe if just more journalists would read it than the Republicans wouldn't get away with saying #RussiaHoax with no pushback.
Heck, I think that perhaps that should be deleted out of broadcasts from mainstream media just like they would curse words.
There are definitely some Russia hoaxes, but the biggest, most well-funded #RussiaHoax has been convincing so many Americans that Russia didn't interfere in our elections and pretty much put Trump into our White House.
