Sir GarbagetruckYou may have seen a post of mine a week ago about a "Paintover Competition" at Revision. This was a competition that took a "mess of colors and lines" and asked that participants "paint over" it in such a way as to make a new image/painting. In 24 hours.
Well, the competition took place last weekend and the results came in, but - the actual competition was recorded (like all Revision compos) and is available for you to watch.
There is commentary, I am one of the commentators. I hope it adds something, if not, may I suggest putting on some smooth or other enjoyable music, muting the audio, and watching?
This is a really, really cool competition, and activity, and I'd love to see any other 'paintover' pictures that folks do - either with this source or another.
