I am trying to be better with breakfasts right now, so whilst this horrible winter is upon us and I can’t shift this awful cold I have had since Christmas, I have been eating a lot more Ready Brek

It really is central heating for Michael’s and I do feel the benefits when I eat it, wonder how long until I devolve into only Coco Pops!

But yeah Ready Brek (well the chocolate version from Asda) and a cuppa this morning will hopefully set me right for the day
