aha it is possible to update existing readthedocs projects to use codeberg instead of github. The trick is: Clear the "connected repository" field and save the settings. Then, the "repository URL" field will become editable. [webhooks[(https://docs.codeberg.org/advanced/using-webhooks/) from codeberg into rtd also seem to work fine, besides needing manual configuration.
