They got lucky with a real Xbox 360 Slim E 500GB Blue Edition which is still a "Corona v5" Board despite the date code & original, unopened casing.

They did verify it with the "Side Look" trick…

Today .. 19y ago. The Xbox 360 was first released on November 22, 2005, in North America. It launched in Europe on December 2, 2005, and in Japan on December 10, 2005. My 360s is a RGH3 with 2TB internal and 4 external USB HDDs for a full set (2 external at once max)running Aurora as Dashboard. Best console ever! At least I got now half of the Xbox360 full set connected. Finalizing the last drive by extraxtic it batchwise on the other PC. Coverart scraping ongoing here. If you ever thought about getting into xbox360 modding.. Stop it...just do a rgh3 and enjoy. Worth all the research and time. Best console ever in my collection really. Questions? Ordered a new #battery for my @Fairphone #FP3plus because mine is turning tiself into a #DangerPillow and fails to fit anymore...

Ordered it from #iFixit since they charge half the shipping [#DHL from #Germany instead of #UPS from the #Netherlands] and it should arrive tomorrow.

Also grabbed some tools like a glassfiber scratch pen to help #RGH3 my 360s...
