After the run, it was quite a pleasure to do my 3,500+ jumps with the wonderful #Renpho jumping rope (without the actual rope). I‘m still amazed to stay almost completely in Zone 1 regardless of my high jumping frequency ~250 jumps/minute. But I won’t complain… #JumpRope #applewatchultra3 #Renpho

Gorgeous run after a long night (3 hours of sleep in the afternoon, another 9 hours during the night). I revisited a trail that was nigh unusable for quite some time. But a lot of mountain bikers, other runners and wanderers seem to have trodden the path often enough to make is perfectly runnable. I did not know and went all the way up the standard trail (which is directly next to this old train track), but back down again, I wanted to see for myself how it looked. Yes, sleep is great! I was flat out before 8:30 pm on the couch last night, but managed to get two floors up into bed before 9 pm. This was very good. And then I ignored all my alarms and slept as long as I wanted to. So, naturally, I was able to gain some #Running speed today. A little more than a week ago, I got this new Renpho Jump Rope *without an actual rope* – and I must admit that this is absolutely great! Jumping rope is usually very loud and can, at times, be painful (if you happen to strike your leg…). In this Renpho model, you just jump and pretend to swing the rope (which isn‘t there), instead you swing these little rubber balls. That‘s all. It‘s not noisy, it‘s free from hassle and pain – a wonderful invention! #jumprope #renpho #applewatchultra3

Had a Ringconn Gen 2 for almost three months and I'm impressed. Not chunky, good battery life, decent accuracy for step count (checked against Apple Watch), etc.

If they had a decent data export (it's super clunky) and/or an API for fetching my data, that would be perfect.

(Also got a Renpho Smart Ring and it is much more chunky compared with the Ringconn despite being the same "size". Step count isn't as accurate but most other things seem in the ballpark of the Ringconn and Watch.)
