We visited #RAFfairford in #Gloucestershire on Tuesday to investigate how Donald Trump is using this airbase to bomb Iran.

Screens had been put up behind the fences to restrict visibility and several roads closed, limiting access to journalists and members of the public.

However by using a ladder and some ingenuity, we were able to see pallets of 2,000lb bombs being loaded onto American B-1 war planes bound for Iran

There doesn’t appear to be any easing of the #US military built-up targeted against #Iran with more #F22 transiting through UK airfields. But access to #UK facililties is restricted, m ore so with the latest round:

“The U.K. is blocking U.S. use of two key bases for an attack on Iran, according to a report by The Times. Both Diego Garcia, an island in the Indian Ocean, and RAF Fairford, a base in the U.K., would be important to any American plans to use long-range bombers in a sustained campaign against Iran.”
