PyBeach 2025: If You Love Something, Set It Free | Blog | Nik Kantar

PyBeach 2025 happened and I’m very proud.

@socalpython If you enjoyed #PyBeach and want more Los Angeles #Python fun throughout the year, check out SoCal Python! Speakers, venues, and organizers are all needed!

I had an awesome time at #PyBeach ! Met some really nice folks, caught up with old friends and heard some fabulous talks!

Big kudos to the #pybeach organizers and volunteers for all your work in making this possible!

Speakers, you should totally pitch your talks to #pyconus!

On a personal level, there are 7 folks behind the original PyLadies chapter.

I had the honour of meeting Audrey at my first PyConUS. And this weekend, I got to meet Esther! A true highlight for me.

If you got photos of #PyBeach please send them in to us at [email protected] We’re making a collection :)
I got the license plate in 2021, a year after the first #PyBeach. It’s just such a joyful moment that it made it to the next iteration of conference. 😁

I'm really enjoying the "bring a conference/meetup organizer to the stage to tell you why you should attend their semi-local events" wrap up session at #PyBeach 💖

@brettcannon's "came for the language and stayed for the community" was quoted by @LauraLangdon and also discussed by folks during at least one of the breaks.
