This morning at my employment services provider appointment, my disability support coordinator asked me why I wear a mask, so I explained that I have fibromyalgia and that means my immune system is challenged and in a heightened state all the time.
She said that she had been reading about fibro recently because since returning from a cruise last week she had all over aches and pains, and that she went to the doctor who told her it was influenza.

I spent time in a car with 7 other people on Monday when I dropped the car in to be serviced, and I was the only one masked (of course).
I feel like shit now - headache, temperature, body aches, exhausted. The initial test is negative, so here's hoping it's a fibro flare up and nothing else.
Greg arrives on the 8th for 3 weeks, so if I have covid I'm going to be pissed.. It took me almost 8 weeks to get over it when I got it in 2022, and I don't want to miss out in time with him.
