Playing God of war 2018 on this ps4 pro makes it noisy.
Changing thermal paste and cleaning the heat sink, helps (thx to #ifixit tutorial)
The fan was not at maximum speed, but loud enough to cover some voices in game.
3d printing stand to put the PS4 pro in vertical position helps again, but not enough.

The game changer was to remove the top cover 😁
