Had a great time at the Polyglot Gathering for the past couple of days! I met some lovely people, got to practice my Swedish and French among other languages, bought a bunch of language books, got very excited about language learning once again (especially starting Esperanto) and I already can't wait for the next time I'll get to go. Now just a few more days to explore the city of Brno and the surrounding area a bit more 😄

Really enjoyed the online Polyglot Gathering the past couple of days. Highlights were the talk on learning Turkish through watching dramas (the whole reason I started learning Turkish to begin with), an introduction to Icelandic (I'll first have to brush up my Faroese before I begin properly though, otherwise I'll get so confused) and discovering this beautiful song in Basque: https://youtu.be/tGJm8Q8Xgg4?si=Ss9d9V4VNeQizg7X Can't wait for the physical event in Brno! #PolyglotGathering #LanguageLearning
