Çîrok EcnebîThis interview (or dialogue) book of Mazloum Abdi was a great find for me from the Qamishlo book fair. It has travelled a lot with me in Rojava and it has circulated also amongst some other comrades who can read in English.
This is a second edition of the book. Published 2020 and the first one came out 2011. It does have a strong contemporary feel from that era and the book sums up nicely the ideas and thoughts in the early phase of revolution. So it really is interesting to read it now here and reflect on how things have been, gone, changed or not changed. And as Polat Jan says in this second editions Introduction "this book is part of the theoretical and intellectual legacy of the Rojava revolution".
