My band photos from that night are terrible. But this stands out. The vibe was incredible and the audience went nuts. Pointed Sticks opened.

Pointed Sticks - Perfect Youth

When @TheVinylApe was thinking about a pop album the other day, and picked the GoGo's, this Vancouver band came to mind, and this was the only album they released before breaking up (they reformed in 2009, 39 years later).

Undeservedly ignored back in 1980, this new wave power-pop group is very much of that time. They were signed by Stiff back in the day, but never released a full album on that label.
