This painting was commissioned by one local woman and it was a privilege for me to paint Sinead. I have admired her since I was a very young girl.

This is a recent pastel of mine. A lot of my work is graphite/charcoal but when it comes to colour pieces, I almost always reach for pastel. This one actually won 2nd place in the recent FCA limitless show in Vancouver.
