#TheEpiscopalChurch now has an online service-tracking system. This will make life easier next year when we fill out the #ParochialReport in that it will import all necessary numbers in one fell swoop.
HOWEVER …. It’s not an exact match with the manual service book, and that is causing some confusion with my parish admin.
#Ugh #Episcopal #DidntAskMe
I’m staring to work on the annual #ParochialReport. This is a tabulation of all services, attendance, and finances for the previous year. Every year I am baffled by how simply counting from 1 to whatever can get so screwed up.

The #ParochialReport of the #EpiscopalChurch is that thing that keeps track of attendance, worship services, baptisms, confirmations, weddings, and burials. It’s due every March 1.
Email came out yesterday telling us that they’ve created a new system letting you enter the information weekly and all that info will be automatically entered into the PR. That is like the coolest thing ever.

Working on the #ParochialReport and wondering if the #EpiscopalChurch offices are filled with frustrated IRS employees.

I need to finish my annual report for the annual meeting, but I’m tooting instead. We all need a mental break.
