🦖🦴 Paleontologists just identified a new #dinosaur in #China that looked unlike anything we’ve seen before. Haolong dongi was covered in hollow, skin-based spikes – much like a modern #porcupine. The #fossil is so well-preserved that scientists could see its individual skin cells under a microscope after 125 million years.
