@Mirppc Sadly, I don't have the time, money, or space to acquire any more hardware at the moment. I do, however, need to come up with a better way to organize all my floppy disks, while keeping them platform separate (Osborne, Commodore, Atari, etc).

BTW, if you know of anyone with a floppy disk that has KERMIT on it for the #OsborneOne (FOG or otherwise), I would definitely be interested to know about that.

Rate my new office setup, part 2.

@rzolau @elb Hey, that's was my first computer!
#OsborneOne

@oliversampson That is a deep rabbit hole. My fond memories of my #OsborneOne were a major inspiration for me to write #qbsh.

Some of my aversion to complicated IDEs dates back to the Osborne One having you type out your CBASIC code in fancy WordStar 4.5 "binary mode" where (ironically) Microsoft's MBASIC had it's own dead simple turn key IDE that didn't require swapping out floppies in between code tests.

(Osborne One's CP/M also shipped with ed. That's how far back my not-yet-mastered-ed goes.)

Has there ever been a more practical, affordable, reliable, and better documented computer in its time than the mighty #Osborne One? I think not! #retrocomputing #OsborneOne

Look what I just found and bought from the back of a local comic book store! Gonna see if I can get my #Commodore64 and my #OsborneOne talking to each other!
@epyllia @teimec2023 Osborne 1! That's my first computer. What the heck, it oughta be hashtagged #Osborne1 #OsborneOne

@RL_Dane @qb64 exists but it's now written in C++.

I haven't. If I didn't already have an #OsborneOne, I might be tempted to buy one. :-)

I've had enough of #Linux for the week. We should I do on #Commodore64, #Atari, or #OsborneOne this afternoon?
@jaykass Hmmm, this seems like a game I could actually program for my #OsborneOne.
