I love learning about strategic planning and just started a new book about guerrilla warfare. Given the "rules" of engagement... rather the goals of "engagement"... I have a thought: what if all of us who can, book hotel rooms with the hotels that support/are housing ICE? I've read repeatedly about how DHS/CBP are disorganized and chaotic, don't pay their bills and get evicted. This is a weakness.... yes? So let's book hotel rooms with 24 hour cancelation policies and help evict them from the areas where they are temporarily residing. If we cut off their food, shelter, coffee, booze, etc... wouldn't that disrupt their already chaotic lives? Also, wouldn't that put pressure on more hotels to stop enabling these nazis? I personally have 2 hotel rooms booked currently.
