sql developer 连不上docker里的oracle 解决方案：

OOB (Out-of-Band) 是 Oracle 的带外中断机制，Docker 网络不支持它，所以握手超时。
在容器里设置：
bashdocker exec -it oracle19c bash
echo "DISABLE_OOB=ON" >> /opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/network/admin/sqlnet.ora
然后重启监听器：
bashlsnrctl reload
不需要重启数据库，再试 SQL Developer。
这比改 network_mode: host 侵入性小多了
