Today I am beginning my journey as an #author. I don't have a publisher or even a book proposal written yet. I know it would be my dream to be published by #NoStarch but I am a long way away from that.

I might even consider #selfpublishing and getting my own ISBN numbers, etc. But today the journey begins. Nevertheless, it is time to begin #writing

I looked at the Humble Book Bundle "Linux the good stuff".
I was like "Wow! A book about Linux firewall, that's something that really needed to exist, and from No Starch, it should be good.
Then I read the excerpt… More precisely, I spotted "iptables" in it (not nftables or something else). So I looked up when the book was written, and… almost twenty years ago!
So, probably not as useful as hopped. 😬
