For some reason, I cannot fully relax today.
Maybe it is because Monday already feels heavy before it has even begun. Maybe somewhere in the back of my mind I already know what kind of conversations are waiting in meeting rooms, production areas, dashboards, reports, and decisions nobody officially calls pressure.
Behind most operational discussions there is usually one question:
Are we doing something well enough…
or are we trying to reach perfection?
