People recommending you manually use a CC/CV power supply are not helping you 😉

Good chargers will let you set what *type* of battery it is, and will correctly charge all major types. I've got a four-cell (four independent charging circuits) that will happily charge NiCad, Nickel Metal Hydride, LiFePO4, Lithium-ion polymer, and a few others. It mostly autodetects the correct type.

They're not stupidly expensive. The model I have is currently $37 Canadian from Amazon:

UK based peeps.
Looking for some inexpensive #Nicad #AA batteries. (4 of)
Minded to go super cheap and buy 2 for £2 kodak from Poundland.
I already have some of these Kodak ones in very low power items but these new ones are for some lighting. Would like some higher capacity without going silly money.
Poundland used to have another brand that were better (higher capacity and physically heavier) but have long since stop selling them.
