Le CV narratif promet la nuance, mais il introduit une nouvelle variable explicative, la capacité à produire un texte qui sonne bien, qui sonne juste. Et cette variable n’est pas distribuée uniformément (...).

Un récit est difficile à vérifier, et ouvre la porte à des comités qui peuvent dire ce qu’ils veulent, ou à des candidats qui peuvent affirmer beaucoup. La critique n’est pas que les gens mentent, c’est que le format rend plus coûteux de distinguer le vrai du plausible "

The movement to remove journal titles from the list of publications on CVs is gaining momentum. It seems to me that "what" a person has published is more important than "where" they published it.
