Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir als Stiftung uns gemeinsam mit vielen Akteur*innen für ein starkes Gesetz zur Neuen Wohngemeinnützigkeit (NWG) eingesetzt. Das Ergebnis? Nur ein erster Mini-Schritt: die Aufnahme in die Abgabenordnung.

Wichtig – ja. Aber ohne spürbare Wirkung für den Wohnungsmarkt.

Darum unterstützen wir als Stiftung trias die aktuelle
👉 Petition an den Deutschen Bundestag, die genau diese Ergänzung fordert.

Usually the answer is staring at you, mostly for a couple of years. I run around in niri, river, what have you.
And then i open my sway session, with all tools by @nwgpiotr , known to me from his Archlabs days and now on Slackware.
And it gives me exactly everything I want and need 😂 Merry Xmas, Piotr!
