Ran a session of Classic #Traveller for our #NWARPG Game Day yesterday, complete with random character generation at the table.

None of the six players rolled for a ship, and the group was heavily combat oriented, so the adventure itself was a simple ticket to escort a negotiator through a warzone. All six players got a chance to do their thing, and seemed to have a great time.

#TTRPG #ClassicTraveller

My #CowboyBebopRPG sessions yesterday were a success! It took a little longer than I expected to explain the basics of the system, but the adventure itself ran faster. Partly because I simplified things just a little from the default structure, but this is still a pretty fast running system.

If I run this again I need to create a Player reference sheet. The character sheets are nice, but don't have any useful system explanation. Something I didn't notice in prep. Too spoiled by PbtA!

#NWARPG

Tomorrow I run back to back Sessions of the #CowboyBebopRPG for two different groups at our #NWARPG Game Day.

I think I'm ready, but it's a very low prep system. A lot of the "Session" (game term for adventure) is determined at the table, and I've never run it before, so there's that...

Wish me luck!
