[email protected] as a separate fuck-up, they were billing me on a more expensive tariff than the one I had signed up for. No way for me to tell since they hadn't sent any statements. When it came to light, they refused to rebill me for the correct tariff because it no longer existed and their computer wouldn't let them switch me to a tariff that doesn't exist. All of which is why I won't touch
