I am experiencing this with #OpenZFS
โ ~ sudo zpool status -x
pool: ughetto
state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices could not be used because the label is missing or
invalid. Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue
functioning in a degraded state.
action: Replace the device using 'zpool replace'.

This has already happened, but at a point where I didnโt mind losing the data, so I destroyed the pool and I recreated it from scratch, with no errors. Now, I would like to try to repair the corrupted dataโฆ Any tips? I would hate it if I have to throw away the hard disk, itโs less than one year old and I have been using it only for a couple of monthsโฆ Is replacing the disk my only option?
